# BulkSMSAPI

> BulkSMSAPI is a bulk SMS API for developers: send one text or a batch of up to 10,000 numbers per request to 227 countries over REST, follow every message with signed webhooks, and pay per message from a prepaid balance.

- API: REST, JSON over HTTPS, base https://bulksmsapi.cc/v1, Bearer API keys (bsa_live_...).
- Batches: up to 10,000 recipients per request; console campaigns up to 50,000.
- Rate limit: 600 requests per minute per key; queue hands up to 1,200 messages per minute per account to the network.
- Webhooks: message.delivered and message.failed, Standard Webhooks signatures, 10 attempts per event.
- Text: GSM-7 160 / 153 characters per segment, UCS-2 70 / 67, up to 10 segments.
- Scheduling: send_at from 2 minutes to 45 days ahead; scheduled batches cancel with a full refund.
- Payment: prepaid balance in USD, top-ups $40 to $5,000 through a hosted checkout (12 crypto methods), first top-up bonus. No monthly fee.
- Refunds: failed messages return to the balance automatically. The balance pays for messages and has no expiry date.
