How a top-up works
- Step 1Open BillingIn the console, Billing opens the checkout in a window over the page; nothing leaves the console.
- Step 2Choose the amountPick a card or type an amount from $40 to $5,000. The checkout shows the bonus, any processing fee and the total before you pay.
- Step 3Choose a coin and networkPick one of 12 methods. The checkout shows the exact amount to six decimals, the address and a QR code, and holds them for 60 minutes.
- Step 4Send the paymentSend exactly the amount shown from your wallet or exchange. The last digits of the amount identify your payment.
- Step 5Balance addedWhen the network confirms the transfer, the top-up and any bonus appear in Billing, in the ledger and in GET /v1/balance.
Payment methods
Stablecoins match the dollar amount one to one; other coins are converted at the rate the checkout shows when you pick them. Times are typical confirmation times.

How the balance is used
- Each accepted request takes its full cost from the balance at once, so a batch is always funded before the first message leaves.
- Failed messages and canceled scheduled batches return their price to the balance automatically.
- Every change is a line in the ledger: top-up, bonus, send, refund, with the batch or payment id.
- One balance pays for every country and every API key on the account.
Getting the amount right
- Send the exact amount, to six decimals. Exchanges sometimes subtract a withdrawal fee: check that the amount that arrives matches the checkout.
- Use the network the checkout names. The same coin on another network goes to a different kind of address.
- If a payment shows a network error in Billing, the checkout gives a new amount to send on the same page, and support can look at it from the Support page.
Top up and send in minutes
Create an account, add from $40 and the API keys page opens as soon as the top-up is in your balance.
