Refund policy

Every message that fails returns its full price to the balance in the same queue pass, as a refund line in the ledger that names the batch.

Canceling a scheduled batch before it starts returns its full cost at once.

Numbers that are set aside (invalid, duplicate or unsupported) are never charged.

Top-ups start at $40 and stay in the balance in US dollars with no expiry date. The balance pays for messages to any country and is not paid out to wallets or cards; refunds for failed or canceled messages go back to the balance.

A first top-up bonus, when offered, is added together with the top-up and is used like the rest of the balance.

If a top-up shows a network error or a different amount arrives, open a ticket from the Support page with the payment id; payment questions can be asked from the first day.
